 I've lost my password/my password won't work. What do I do?


If you've tried logging in and it won't work, first try using our Forgot Password form. You will be sent a temporary password.

In rare cases, an account will simply stop functioning and passwords won't work. If this happens, contact us by any method and we will manually fix the issue and send you a new temporary password. All of your existing orders will be accessible and your information will stay private.

While in some cases we can do this over a weekend, this will typically take place between our normal business hours.
